Judgment modified by allowing judgment in favor of the appellant for $125, with interest, on certificate No. 0105993 for five shares, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice reversing findings inconsistent with this determination, and containing such new findings of fact proved upon the trial as are necessary to sustain the judgment hereby awarded.
