AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 144 — reversal of personal-injury judgment for plaintiff because of error in instructions. On appeal from action for injuries sustained in automobile collision, judgment reversed and cause remanded for new trial on ground that court erred in giving certain instructions, where case presented issues of fact in great conflict and a very serious injury.
