ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is the place of trial.

On January 26, 2023, the parties filed a status report. On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a status report, indicating therein that all issues in this case are resolved and that the parties require additional time to file a signed proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 27, 2023, Portland, Oregon, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 29, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
