ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

Pursuant to the Court's Order of October 15, 2021, the parties have jointly filed status reports every 60 days, providing the Court with the then-present status of the case. These reports have indicated that the parties have agreed to resolve the cases in accordance with respondent's micro-captive resolution initiative (MCRI). On February 6, 2023, the parties reported that their work toward resolution under the MCRI continues and that they continue to work cooperatively toward that end. Specifically, they report that respondent is in the process of preparing computations to reflect the terms of the MCRI.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of October 15, 2021 remains in effect and the parties shall continue to file status reports as directed therein.
