Order modified by requiring the plaintiff to furnish a bill of particulars stating the times, places and character of the goods claimed to have been sold, and also the names of the purchasers when known, and as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concurred, except McLennan, P.J., and Williams, J., who dissented and voted for reversal of the order.
