Mark BRNOVICH, Attorney General of Arizona, Petitioner, v. Paul A. ISAACSON, et al.


Application for stay presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court is treated as a petition for writ of certiorari before judgment, and the petition is granted. The September 28, 2021 order of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit with instructions to remand to the District Court for further consideration in light of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization , 597 U.S. ––––, 142 S.Ct. 2228, ––– L.Ed.2d –––– (2022).
