JOHN R. BRITT, SR. & JULIE B. BRITT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

On October 2, 2023, the parties in this case filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Stipulation of Settlement. The Stipulation of Settlement, however, appears to be missing the Statement of Account (Form 3623) for taxable year 2019. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, remote Atlanta, Georgia trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Stipulation of Settlement, filed October 2, 2023, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 23, 2023, file with the Court a corrected Stipulation of Settlement. The parties do not need to re-file the proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
