This cause is affirmed on the authority of Lonestar Florida, Inc. v. Cooper, 408 So.2d 758 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982). We find no conflict between this case and Migliore v. Crown Liquors of Broward, Inc., 448 So.2d 978 (Fla. 1984).
