Consolidated actions brought by plaintiffs under section 109 Ins. of the Insurance Law to recover against the defendant the amount of an unsatisfied judgment obtained by plaintiffs against defendant's assured. The appeal is from an order granting defendant's motion to set aside verdicts of the jury in favor of plaintiffs and granting a new trial. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs and disbursements. No opinion.
