Damien de Loyola, Kansas City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Daniel McPherson, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent.

Before Division Three: Gary D. Witt, P.J., Edward R. Ardini, and Thomas N. Chapman, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam: Jason Brior appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Missouri, denying his motion for post-conviction relief in which he alleged that he had received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
