On February 20, 2024, appellee, the State of Texas, filed appellee's brief. The brief does not comply with Rule 9.10(a)(3) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure because, at times, it references the minor complainant by her name, rather than by her initials. See id. Tex. R. App. P. 9.10(a)(3).

Accordingly, we ORDER appellee's brief STRICKEN and ORDER appellee to file an amended brief in this court complying with Rule 9.10(a)(3) on or before February 29, 2024.
