Petitioner Richi Briones has filed an unopposed motion for extension of time (second request). (ECF No. 17.) The Court finds good cause exists to grant the motion. It is therefore ordered that the unopposed motion for extension of time (ECF No. 17) is granted. Briones will have up to and including February 13, 2023, to file his first amended petition.
