MEMORANDUM OPINION


Ricky Gene Brinlee, Jr. withdrew of his notice of appeal. Brinlee personally signed the withdrawal. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). We have not issued a decision in this appeal, and the Clerk of this Court has sent a duplicate copy of the withdrawal to the trial court clerk. See id. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. See id.
