On October 19, 2021, respondent filed a motion to withdraw, which the Court by notice of docket change styled as a motion to withdraw as counsel. In the motion, respondent requests that attorney Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher be withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case as he is no longer employed by respondent.

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is recharacterized as a motion to withdraw counsel. It is further
