Christopher J. Brindamour & Lori A. Brindamour, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 19, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (Index #9). Respondent's views on the granting of this motion are unknown. On March 23, 2022, petitioners filed a second Motion to Proceed Remotely (Index #10). It appears that the motion to proceed remotely (Index #10) was erroneously filed because it's an exact duplicate. Accordingly, the Court will strike the motion to proceed remotely (Index #10) from the record. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Proceed Remotely (Index #10), filed March 23, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion.
