ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 23, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 16). By Order served January 25, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On June 26, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 20) informing the Court that the parties have continued to engage in settlement negotiations. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case and recommending appropriate future proceedings.
