This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 23, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 16). By Order served January 25, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On November 3, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 25) informing the Court that "[r]espondent's counsel is currently in the process of coordinating a settlement offer with respondent's management. Respondent anticipates making a settlement offer to petitioners shortly, which if accepted would resolve all issues in the case." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
