Briles v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.
Feb 11, 2015
172 So. 3d 875 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2015)

Opinion

No. 2D15–111.

02-11-2015

Lawrence BRILES, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

After consideration of appellant's response received January 29, 2015, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was filed more than 30 days after rendition of the order being appealed and is, therefore, untimely. See Bouchard v. State. Dep't of Bus. Reg., 448 So.2d 1126 (Fla. 2d DCA 1984).

KELLY, WALLACE, and LaROSE, JJ., Concur.
