On Motion to Dismiss the Appeal Insofar as One Appellee


Transamerica Insurance Company, a defendant appellee, moves to dismiss the appeal against it as not timely taken. For the reasons stated in the companion appeal of George J. Brignac, Sr., against these same defendants, rendered this date, La. App., 220 So.2d 561, we grant Transamerica's motion to dismiss this appeal as to it.

Appeal dismissed as to Transamerica Insurance Company.
