This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 6, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina Trial Session.

On August 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Next day, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2019. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed August 15, 2022, is denied as moot.
