This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 24, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial. The motion states that the parties continue to work together to resolve the issues in this case. The motion further states that the parties believe this case can be resolved without trial.

Upon due consideration, it is
