ORDER

On June 7, 2023, docket entry 16, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report which indicates that after receipt and review of the documentation sent by petitioner's POA, the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Respondent has submitted a request for an IRS Tax Computation Specialist (TCS) to prepare the agreed-upon settlement amounts that will be included in the Proposed Stipulated Decision document. Respondent requests the Court grant the parties sixty (60) days to either file decision documents or a Status Report detailing the status of the case at that time.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 11, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
