On November 30, 2021, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case. Petitioner indicates in the petition that he seeks review with respect to the 2019 and 2020 tax years. No notice of deficiency or notice of determination sufficient to confer jurisdiction on this Court is attached to the petition.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the notice(s) of deficiency or notice(s) of determination on which this case is based.
