ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On November 15, 2021, respondent filed in these consolidated cases a motion for leave to file reply to notice of objection to motion to compel production of documents and concurrently lodged his reply to notice of objection to motion to compel production of documents. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a motion for assignment of Judge.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave to file reply to notice of objection to motion to compel production of documents is granted and his reply to notice of objection to motion to compel production of documents, lodged November 15, 2021, shall be filed as of the date this Order is issued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 10, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion for assignment of Judge.
