The Petitions commencing the cases at docket Nos. 26519-16 and 26528-16 were each filed on December 12, 2016. The Court has granted a continuance of each of the cases at docket Nos. 26519-16 and 26528-16 on multiple occasions. On October 3, 2018, the parties' filed a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 26519-16 & 26528-16 which the Court granted on October 4, 2018.

On May 25, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents in these consolidated cases. On October 1, 2021, petitioners filed a Notice of Objection to Motion to Compel Production of Documents and on January 19, 2022, respondent filed a Reply to Notice of Objection to Motion to Compel Production of Documents in these consolidated cases.

On September 13, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulation Decision in these consolidated cases.

According, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Document filed on May 25, 2021, in these consolidated cases is denied as moot. 1
