This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session scheduled to begin on March 21, 2022. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, asking this case be dismissed upon the ground that the petition in this case was not filed within the time prescribed by I.R.C. sec. 6330 or sec. 7502.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before January 4, 2022, file a response to respondent's above-referenced motion.
