On September 25, 2023, docket entry 30, the parties in this case filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the case is currently being considered by the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. The parties will conduct discovery, narrow the issues for trial, procure experts, and allow for consideration with Appeals.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents, or file with the Court a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
