DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 11, 2010, December 10, 2010, and February 4, 2011, respectively, for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated February 4, 2011, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 19, 2011, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
