Opinion

Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the Second District Court of Appeal to rule in Case No. 2D14–5191, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the Second District Court of Appeal to rule in Case No. 2D15–346, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the Twelfth Judicial Circuit to rule on Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus and motion to correct illegal sentence filed in that court, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to seek relief in the appropriate court.
