ORDER


Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Consideration and Attachment of Exhibit, filed February 1, 2001.

On January 12, 2001, the Magistrate Judge filed his Findings and Recommendation, and on January 30, 2001, Plaintiff filed his Objections. Thereafter, on January 31, 2001, the Court adopted the Findings and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and overruled Plaintiff's Objections.

The Court has considered Petitioner's Motion for Consideration and is of the opinion that Petitioner's Motion is without merit and it is, accordingly, DENIED.

The Court's January 31, 2001 Order will therefore not be disturbed.

SO ORDERED.
