ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On October 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Remand. In it, respondent states that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Remand is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further administrative hearing pursuant to I.R.C. section 6330. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than December 19, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 4, 2023, each party shall file with the Court a report regarding the then present status of this case, which shall include a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
