On November 3, 2022, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a proposed stipulated decision. By Order served November 7, 2022, the Court removed the small tax case designation and amended the docket number by deleting the "S". On November 10, 2022, the parties filed a revised proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed November 3, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
