Plaintiff, Brentwood Eagle, L.L.C. ("Plaintiff"), appeals from the trial court’s judgment dismissing Defendant Janet Horgan ("Horgan") from the lawsuit Plaintiff filed against Ray’s Donuts for breach of contract and against Horgan for breach of guaranty. We affirm.
