This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Court's June 3, 2024, San Diego, California trial session, is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is set for hearing at the time, date, and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served February 15, 2024. Petitioners are advised that the failure to attend the hearing could result in the entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
