Interpleader action to determine the rights of the defendants to certain funds held by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Anthony E. Grillo, state trial referee; judgment in favor of the named defendant, from which the defendant Samuel Weiner et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
