Action to recover for damage to personal property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, geographical area number twenty-one, where the court, Hurley, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for default and rendered judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to his court. Error; further proceedings.

The trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion to open and set aside the default judgment. Upon the denial of her request to revise, the defendant was entitled to fifteen days within which to plead. See Practice Book 112 and 114.
