On October 29, 2021, we granted petitioners' unopposed Motion for Continuance and these cases were stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session and continued. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at the Court's January 10, 2022, remote special trial session where Mobile, Alabama is designated as the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's January 10, 2022, Mobile, Alabama remote special trial session.
