These cases were stricken from the Court's January 10, 2022, Mobile, Alabama, remote special trial session and continued. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on June 9, 2022. In the report the parties requested more time to submit stipulated decision documents in docket no. 22319-12, and for respondent to file a motion for entry of decision in docket no. 21940-12. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents in docket no. 22319-12 and file a motion for entry of decision in docket no. 21940-12, or file further status reports regarding the status of these cases.
