ORDER

By order of June 9, 2023, the application for leave to appeal the December 1, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Schafer v Kent Co (Docket No. 164975) and Hathon v State of Michigan (Docket No. 165219). On order of the Court, the cases having been decided on July 29, 2024, __Mich __(2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
