ORDER


Plaintiff has filed a motion to dismiss this action with prejudice and represented to the Court that the matter has been fully settled with all Defendants. Based on Plaintiff's representation, his motion is GRANTED. This case is dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear their own attorney's fees and costs.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
