Judgment modified so as to provide that the relief awarded to the plaintiff therein shall be granted, upon condition that she pay to the defendant Charles H. Brees $500, the sum expended for repairs on the premises described in the complaint, without interest, and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. No opinion. All concurred.
