MEMORANDUM OPINION

Maria Bredenhoeft was convicted of possession of methamphetamine in an amount less than one gram and possession of gamma hydroxybutyric acid in an amount less than one gram. See Tex. Health Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.102, 481.115 (Vernon 2003 Supp. 2004-05). In each case, punishment was assessed at two years' confinement in a state jail facility, probated for three years. We have adopted a finding that appellant, who is not indigent and is represented by retained counsel, has abandoned the appeals. Because no clerk's records have been filed, we dismiss the appeals for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).
