On May 12, 2021, the Court issued a Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2021- 59) in these cases. These cases are currently set for a Special Trial Session on March 25, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. On August 3, 2023, we held a conference call with the parties to discuss a continuance in these cases. After further discussions with the parties, the Special Trial Session will be bifurcated between Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
