COREY F. BRAZENEC AND SAMANTHA F. BRAZENEC, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge

On February 3, 2022, pursuant to the Court's October 22, 2021, Standing Pretrial Order, Respondent filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Court finds that the Proposed Stipulated Decision is improperly captioned. The Court further finds that the Proposed Stipulated Decision is not fully executed, as it is missing Petitioner Samanth F. Brazenec's signature.

Pursuant to the Court's June 29, 2021 Order, the caption of the case was amended to read: "Corey F. Brazenec and Samantha F. Brazenec, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".

Upon due consideration, it is

OREDERED that the February 3, 2022 Proposed Stipulated Decision is stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 3, 2022, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision in this case. The case caption shall read as amended pursuant to the Court's June 29, 2021 Order and the document shall include a signature block for Petitioner Samantha F. Brazenec.
