Appeal Abated — Death of Appellant.

Where the county attorney filed an affidavit setting forth the death of the appellant, the appeal would be abated, and the case ordered dismissed from the docket.

Appeal from County Court of Tom Green County. Hon. John M. Davenport, Judge.

Appeal from conviction for violation of liquor law; penalty, fine of $250.00.

Appeal abated and case ordered dismissed from docket.

The conviction in this case was for violation of the liquor laws and a fine of $250.00 was assessed, from which appeal was taken.
