ORDER

On January 24, 2023, the parties filed a joint Status Report informally advising the Court that petitioner has filed for bankruptcy. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings as to petitioner are automatically stayed. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order issued February 7, 2023, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before April 7, 2023, file a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of the bankruptcy proceeding and attach a copy of the Notice of Bankruptcy.
