This case is currently calendared on the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session, scheduled to begin April 24, 2023.

On March 17, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance. In the motion, the Commissioner stated that counsel for petitioner Amanda J. Bray had no objection to the motion for continuance but that petitioner Jason L. Bray's views are unknown. We will direct Mr. Bray to file an objection, if any. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 7, 2023, Mr. Bray shall file an objection, if any, to the motion for continuance. If Mr. Bray does not file an objection, the Court is inclined to grant the motion for continuance and restore this case to the general docket.
