In an action by the female plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of a fall caused by a defective sidewalk, and by her husband to recover damages for loss of services and consortium, plaintiffs appeal from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 17, 1959, after a jury trial, as dismissed on the merits the complaint against the defendant, City of Mount Vernon. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Brennan, JJ., concur.
