Petitioner/Appellant's "Motion to Reclassify Defendant's Case as Filed: Notice of Appeal, Per Appellate Rule 9.030(a)(1)(A)(ii)" is hereby treated as a motion for reinstatement and denied. See Jackson v. State, 926 So. 2d 1262 (Fla. 2006). Petitioner/Appellant's motion to consolidate is denied as moot. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
