ORDER DENYING PETITION

This is an original "First Amendment Petition" and a writ of habeas corpus. Steven Samuel Braunstein appears to ask this court to resolve his claims in the first instance because the district court clerk has refused to file his petition below. We note we have granted Braunstein relief in Docket No. 79894-COA and directed the Eighth District Court Clerk to file his petition in the district court. Accordingly, without reaching the merit of any claims raised, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.
